General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the c444 platform and its users. By accessing c444app.cam or opening an account, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and accept them completely.

c444 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots and live gaming. All services on the platform are designed with Bangladeshi users in mind. Customer support is available in both Bengali and English.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the c444app.cam website and its mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount held in a member's wallet, with bonus funds tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional money granted by c444, which requires specific conditions to be met before withdrawal.

Account Registration and Verification

To become a member of c444, registration must be completed with accurate and complete information. A maximum of one account per person is permitted. If the same person opens or operates more than one account, it will be treated as a serious rule violation and all accounts may be closed.

• Date of birth
• Preferred password

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

c444 may request identity verification for withdrawals above a certain amount or to access certain account features. This may require submitting a copy of a national ID, passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately. c444 is not liable for any loss resulting from another person's use of your account if you fail to report it in time.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on c444 and to participate in any betting or casino activity. A valid government-issued ID is accepted as proof of age.

If a minor or anyone under the age of 21 opens or uses an account, the account will be closed and the return of any deposited funds will be subject to review. If someone registers using a false age, the account and all transactions may be cancelled after verification.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

c444 reserves the right to withhold services from users in certain countries or regions. It is each user's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following payment methods are currently available for deposits and withdrawals on c444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing may take longer if identity verification is pending or a security check is required. c444 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal for specified reasons.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user confirms that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Depositing using a third party's account or payment method is prohibited. Using a payment method registered in your own name is mandatory.

4.3 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Separate wagering requirements apply to each bonus and are stated in the bonus section.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

c444 offers various promotional offers. Accepting a bonus means accepting the specific terms of that bonus. General bonus rules are set out below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Promotion Rules

• Each promotion is limited to a specific time period.
• A bonus earned from one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion unless specifically stated.
• c444 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is suspected, c444 may cancel the relevant bonus.
• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 Wagering Calculation

Not all games count equally toward wagering requirements. Certain game categories or titles may contribute less to the wagering calculation. Full details are provided in each bonus's terms.

Betting and Game Rules

Separate rules apply to each game category on c444. Sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other categories each have their own operating rules. General rules are set out below.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• c444 reserves the right to void bets placed due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the related bet will be treated as void and the stake will be returned.
• Bets accepted after live event betting has closed may be voided.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games are operated by third-party software providers (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial. c444 does not control game outcomes.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Transferring accounts or placing bets through a third party.
• Using coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies with the intent to abuse bonuses.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

c444 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of rule violations or fraud is found
• Registration was completed using false information
• Money laundering is suspected
• Registration was made by someone under the age of 21
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found
• Serious violation of bonus rules

In the event of account closure, c444 will begin the process of returning any legitimate balance, though funds may be held while an investigation is ongoing. Bonus funds will not be returned on a closed account.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. It is recommended that all pending bets be settled and any available balance be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Reverse engineering the platform's software is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

c444 is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Account damage resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Results affected by a fault in a game provider's software.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

c444's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question. c444 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to Terms and Validity

c444 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the member.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Any dispute under this agreement will be addressed at c444's discretion.
